Prior to joining, Roger oversaw the private fixed income portfolio and team and served in various capacities at Aviva Investors N.A., AmerUs Capital Management and its predecessor companies Central Life and American Mutual. He has 25+ years of relevant experience in the finance industry in areas such as proprietary trading, structuring, strategic asset allocation, variable annuities, insurance ALM and liability pricing, derivatives and risk management.
